Dropped my phone off on a Saturday several months ago. Was promised it back Monday afternoon. The store was closed all week for no reason. Went in the following Saturday and it wasn't done. Almost like he forgot. Said he had to take it to his other store to fix it and would bring it back in a few hours. 5 hours later I got my phone. Couldn't send me a receipt for the repair. Noticed a week after that the microphone doesn't work anymore. Terrible service.
