I come to this gas station pretty frequently when visiting family. One time my phone died so I could not pull up my Air Miles or my CAA. I went inside to pay and the cashier did not even ask for either, which they normally do at this location and at every other one I go to. I did not think much of it until the next day when I tried to add my points and saw that another Air Miles card was scanned on my transaction. Honestly, that was disappointing and shady. If you had asked and I said I did not have mine, fine. But to not ask and then scan another card, that is messed up. I reported it as well. I stopped going here and told my family that lives nearby to avoid this place. Not worth the headache.

The pumps were clean and easy to use, and the convenience store was well-stocked with everything I needed. Prices were fair and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Hello traveling world. If this is the place at hwy 27 and hwy 9 then please avoid it. There is a 65 year old rude Indian man thay insults people when they ask him to reset the pump. However, you'd have to guess because he can't communicate as a Canadian. I almost ran out of gas avoiding this place. If this is the place on airport. He is a nice guy and nice helper. However a gas station in this location without a washroom is not a first world thing. It should be mandatory. No bathroom, no gas station.
Decided to read the reviews before I wrote mine. Seems the bathroom has been an issue for over a year. I suggest if you want to run a business that is meant to have bathrooms, you should fix yours as a proper gas station. Its either the owner is too cheap or workers are lazy and don't want to clean it. I expect more from a Shell station than over 1 year of a bathroom being broken. I refuse to spend money at a business that does not conform to what is expected to either save money or time. Its gross. I'm mad that I filled my tank here and I will never do it again. Also, I don't care if the owner responds to this review, its clearly useless and pretending to care when you never fix the issue. Gross!
One of the best gas stations I’ve ever been to! Super clean, fast service, and everything worked perfectly. The pumps were smooth and easy to use, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out quickly with no hassle. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
