One of the best staffs I have seen. They helped me choose and suggested the best plants based on my liking. If you are just starting to fall in love with plants, they will make sure you love them for the rest of your life.
Called everywhere for aquatic plants, because it’s so late in the season nobody had any, glen echo did though! They keep restocking. Staff are very helpful. I spoke to joy over the phone and she was lovely, she even sent pictures of the options they had in store.
We had more cedars planted by Glen Echo again this year, and the entire process was great. They delivered a great product and were well priced. Alex was very kind and organized when we were coordinating the work, Ashley was helpful and professional on the phone, and again Raphael and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. Would highly recommend Glen Echo to anyone looking for a nursery to deal with. Thank you to all the staff at Glen Echo for a great experience!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Even ask that you interrupt them if you need anything. Pricing is on par. Neat little shop. We loved the idea of picking individual bulbs!!!
I recently had a disappointing experience at Glen Echo Nurseries. I've been frequenting for over four years. Despite receiving a quote of $110 for a tree, I was charged $160. When I had to turn the car around after realizing the mistake and pointing out the discrepancy, the woman at the cash register initially insisted on $120 without apologizing for the $160 charge, showing a lack of accountability. After calling to her coworker to confirm the quote as apparently it wasnt correct, the woman did not remember us even though we spoke not even 10 minutes ago, and said to just charge us $110. This departure from their usual service left me disheartened, as a loyal customer expecting a more respectful resolution. I believe accountability is crucial in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
Lovely and efficient staff. Our family looks forward to coming to the nursery every year to pick out our Christmas tree and enjoy some hot apple cider.
